The counts against various ones of those named are for:

1. Accepting office unconstitutionally and illegitimately.
2. Abrogating the ABM Treaty, thereby aborting the Start II Treaty, without the consent of the
Senate or Congress.
3. Violating the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty
4. Violating one or more of many rights and liberties.
5. Failing to faithfully execute one or more of many laws.
6. Obstructing Justice.
7. Claiming the right to wage aggressive wars.
8. Declaring a national policy of military world domination without the authorization of Congress.
9. Waging a war of aggression.
10. Failing to faithfully execute the Biological and Chemical Weapons Conventions.
11. Lying the United States Into a War
